Risk Management is monitored and controlled through Project Board meetings, weekly progress reports, stage and monthly reviews, and team progress meetings. All risks and their mitigating actions are captured in the Risk Register, which acts as the drive for risk monitoring.
Our Change Management process delivers customers projects on time and within budget We understand that it is very uncommon for a project to be delivered without change to the approved specifications.To ensure successful project delivery, we apply change control to manage the scope of its projects. It ensures that changes to scope only happen in a controlled manner are communicated to all relevant stakeholders. The process will provide protection to the project's agreed time scales and costs by ensuring that changes are only included if they are either in the agreed project's budget and time scales or by increasing the project's budget and time scales.
Our Issue Management ensures control and progresses delivery Our delivery team track and monitor issues from project inception to completion. To ensure issues are being managed and tracked effectively and efficiently, all issues are logged in the Issues Register, where each issue is prioritised, assigned an owner and resolution.
