- Minimum of 1-2 years Sales experience in Solution based Selling
- Excellent Communication Skills

- A good understanding of Business Processes and Business Sectors within Malaysia and ASEAN group of Countries would be an advantage
- Excellent Computer/Software skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be an advantage

- Good knowledge of the Windows 2000/2003 Operating system
- Experience in supporting deployment of software application
- Good understanding of Business Processes and Business Sectors
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange Server.
- Knowledge of CRM would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Certification would be an advantage
